New! Telephone Advice Service
A new service is going to be trailed for registered clients, a telephone advice service.
The service is for clients who feel they need support or advice about ongoing
treatments from their allocated vet for the treatment of their pet, or advice on other pet related health issues.
Our veterinary staff may not be available in clinic, to help we are operating a telephone advice service. This will not replace a clinical appointment but is an additional
service. Clients will be able to telephone reception to book for telephone advice in normal working hours 9 to 4.30 Monday to Friday
Your vet (if on call) will contact you on the number you provide as soon as possible, This is a chargeable service at advice only fee £8.00 (mobile charges may be higher)
The service will not be available for out of hours calls or to replace our normal out of hours procedures / protocol.
